\u201cEsthaghal Fany\u201d is a nationwide initiative launched by TVET<\/strong> Egypt in collaboration with the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) and WUZZUF, to meet the demand for higher skills\u2019 standards of the private sector and TVET<\/strong> to find and address the challenges in the area of raising education and training standards of TVET<\/strong> students and graduates to meet the higher skills standards the private sector demands.<\/p>\n

Eshtaghal Fany<\/strong> targets TVET<\/strong> students and graduates to raise their capacity and enhance their market readiness through establishing a support network for Egyptian industries and the private sector.<\/p>\n

To optimize the efficiency of the initiative\u2019s impact, fact-finding missions are launched at regular intervals to identify the labour market\u2019s needs across Egypt\u2019s governorates and areas where skilled labour is lacking.<\/p>\n
