TVET Egypt will be a partner at the Conference of Rectors, Vice Chancellors, and Presidents of African Universities (COREVIP) 2019, that is held under the patronage of His Excellency, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, between the 8th and 11th of July at Al-Azhar University Conference Centre, Cairo. The theme of the conference is “The Role of Higher Education Institutions in Promoting the Continental Education Strategy for Africa” (CESA 16-25).
The Association of African Universities (AAU), the voice of higher education in Africa, is organizing this conference to foster the cooperation within Africa. They have recently established The North Africa Regional Office (NARO) in March 2019, hosted by Al-Azhar University in Cairo, that should serve as a platform between North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, and also between North Africa and Middle East and Asia as a whole.
